	David M. Brown, MD, FACS, is the director of the Greater Houston Retina Research Center and practices at Retina Consultants of Houston and the Methodist Hospital in Houston.
	Karl G. Csaky, MD, PhD, is associate professor of ophthalmology and director of the Ophthalmic Clinical Trials Unit at the Duke Clinical Research Institute.
	Jeffrey S. Heier, MD, is a vitreoretinal specialist at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston, co-director of the Vitreoretinal Fellowship at OCB/Tufts Medical School, and president of the Center for Eye Research and Education in Boston, Mass.
