Eligible patients within each of these 2 disease entities are randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to 1 of 3 groups: standard care, intravitreal injection(s) of 4 mg of triamcinolone acetonide, or intravitreal injection(s) of 1 mg of triamcinolone acetonide. Enrolled patients are followed for 3 years.
