The CX-1 allows users to take one-shot fundus auto-fluorescence (FAF) photography, in a standard configuration, for both mydriatic and non-mydriatic modes.

■ The iMARC Micro-Aspiration Retinal Cannula is designed to deliver self-sealing retinotomies. Its coaxial design facilitates controlled, efficient, precise fluid aspiration, according to iScience.

The iMARC's 25-gauge main shaft is 30 mm long and is designed to produce an annular vacuum to control retinal tissue. The 125-μm inner polyimide micro-needle penetrates the retina to aspirate subretinal fluid.

A side arm offers access to the annular space for fluid infusion and vacuum control. The main Luer connector can be attached to a vitrectomy, syringe, or other vacuum source.
